1. Dates & times: a. Fri, Mar. 22--1 p.m. to 6 p.m. b. Sat, Mar. 23--10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
2. Applications are processed on a first come first basis. Apply early to avoid disappointment.
   ZION WILL START ACCEPTING APPLICATION AS OF TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, we will not accepted your application any earlier. ZION'S OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED FEBRUARY 18-22
3. Table Rental Fee --6 foot--$25 each
4. Limit of 3 tables per vendor
5. Table rentals are not confirmed until payment is received. Make cheque or money order payable to: Zion United Church or you can pay cash Receipts will be issued and placed on your rented table Send application to: Zion United Church, 423 Main St. N., MOOSE JAW, SK S6H 0W
6. Doors open for vendors – a. March 22 -Displays must be set up between 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Friday, market starts at 1:00 p.m. b. March 23 - Doors open at 9:15 a.m., market starts at 10 a.m.
7. Parking for vendors: a. Parking at the back of church is for staff only b. Street parking only c. Parking further away will keep closer parking for your customers d. 15-min loading zone in front is for loading & unloading items for sale
8. Every effort will be made to prevent pickers from gaining entry before the market opens. Your co-operation in this regard is expected.
9. No displays may be removed before 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 23
10. Free admission but collecting Food Bank items at the door
11. Zion is Wheelchair Accessible
12. The building is secured at nights
13. Please take all your belongings on March 23 as no storage will be provided
14. Flea Market items need to be clean, next to new, ready to pass items, gently used and no large furniture or appliances.
15. Concession – Only Snack and beverages will be available on Friday, March 22 Lunch, snacks and beverages will be available on Saturday, March 23
16. The Social Hall is the main venue with expansion into the gym if required
